Globally there are over 137,000 cases and over 5,000 deaths.

Wow, this is been spread all over, it reminds me of the prophecies of the Bible, in the end of times.

As the president declare the emergency a lot of business are closing and supermarkets are been flooded with customers rushing to be prepared for the worst.

We need to be cautious and follow all updates from all government official offices, follow their instructions and take care of your hygiene.

it has been a couple of months since my last post, wow how time flies. it has been kind of hard for me to talk about topics that would help you out encourage you to become better in your health and you character as a person. it has been a long journey but I’m learning in the process which is what I need in order for me to become a better person to have more knowledge and wisdom and be able to help people more in their needs .

I am happy because my health has been improving with time and has been only by watching what I eat more carefully and supplement with vitamins.

I have explained already How important it is to take care of your health.it has been documented as you age you need to take multi vitamins or supplements to enforce the vital organs of your body with the respected minerals and vitamins that they need.

Also, proper exercise and staying active everyday will maintain your balance and be more alert in everything you do.

In my lifetime of living with Diabetes and kidney disease, I have seen my fair share of doctors to manage my care effectively. Last count, I have 10 different doctors I see on a regular basis. One thing I have learned is that health care is a “medical practice” and I’m the one that is being practiced on! It is critical that I advocate for myself and do the leg work and research to get the care that is right for me. Yes, it is more work, but I have lived 40 years with this illness, which proves this extra work is lifesaving.

Doctors have different communication styles and ideas on how care should be provided. They often offer a type of treatment because they are more comfortable with it or it’s financially favorable to the insurance or health care company.

I have had several instances when one doctor suggested one route of care and when I got a second opinion, the other doctor gave me an entirely new option I had not thought of before.

It wasn’t easy as I didn’t feel all that well at that time.

I have also had scenarios where the doctor was not up to date on some of the medical technologies, seemed to rush care and did not make eye contact, looking at his notes more than me. In these cases, I sought to find a new doctor ASAP.

Being an advocate for your own care is hard work. It’s helpful if a family member or a friend can help you assess the situation to comprehend what doctors are telling you. Take notes at a doctor’s visit and prepare a list of questions you want the doc to answer. Is you see as you see As you see As you see As you see as you can see I often seek out my peers to discuss a medical scenario I am experiencing, and I am always provided new insight to make the best choice of care for myself.

Don’t be afraid to get a second opinion so you can be confident in the healthcare choices you make.

As you can see is not only your health you got to deal with when you don’t take care of yourself is a process that changes your life completely as your experience every step of your condition in time.

People that don’t like to take supplements must follow a complete diet of vegetables and fruits in order to get their portion of vitamins and minerals that your body needs for proper maintenance.

When I reflect on the past year, I celebrate Jesus’s faithfulness through thick and thin. I thank Him for guiding me away from regrettable choices, comforting me in sorrow, encouraging me amid disappointment, strengthening me in weakness, forgiving me, and inspiring me to pursue the dreams He’s planted in my heart. He’s lavished His love on me, and that’s cause to rejoice!

What will 2019 hold? We can’t know the answer now, but we know one thing for certain: Jesus holds us. Just as He demonstrated His goodness to us daily during this last year, so He promises to express it throughout the coming year.

A blank page and a new year give us the one ingredient needed for healing, peace, and success: hope. Let us start with Happiness and laughther a good doses of these two have been proven as a healing step.

And we should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once. And we should call every truth false which was not accompanied by at least one laugh. — Friedrich Nietzsche

Humor may help to ease our pain. Whether we use humor to lighten the mood of a difficult situation, use it to help cheer each other through the day, humor and laughter can be valuable tools for us.

Humor, and laughter have a way of helping us to develop solidarity, build community and empower ourselves in a situation where we can otherwise feel powerless. While there are some conflicting theories regarding laughter and healing, most of us would agree that laughter is a natural stress-reducer and symptom-reliever that has been related to improved health, increased life expectancy, and overall well-being. laughter does something to us. Something positive.

Since the late 1980s, a number of studies have supported the idea that laughter stimulates our immune systems and counteracts the effects of stress hormones, although results are mixed about exactly how. In brief, there’s agreement that laughter is another way to arrive at the relaxation response.

Several scientific studies have linked laughter to positive effects on our bodies. For example, laughter can:

  • Reduce pain
  • Improve blood vessel function
  • Release chemicals that relax our muscles and produce feelings of pleasure
  • Stimulate our immune systems.

 

Laughter also appears to have positive effects on our minds: it may improve our memories and problem-solving abilities, and spur creativity. Perhaps the greatest benefit of laughter, though, is its power to boost our mood and feelings of wellbeing. Laughter can provide a sense of perspective when we are faced with challenging circumstances and help us release pent-up emotions. It also helps reduce depression and anxiety and increases self-esteem, energy, resilience, and hope.

Happiness comes from knowing you can handle things. Become confident, and happiness will follow. To be happy, find a human need and help fill it.
Be happy about your struggles. They can bring you untold satisfaction as you conquer them.
Take Jesus, the greatest giver of happiness the world has ever known, into your heart. His presence in your life will bring you joy and happiness.

The person who believes that seemingly impossible things can happen will develop an incredibly strong faith. In fact, you can measure your faith by your concept of the impossible. People who grow a great faith are those who believe that nothing is too good to be true.

Little minds see only little things and as a result only little things ever happen. But big minds see big things happening, for big faith brings big results.  “Think big, pray big, believe big, see God as big, and life will be big.”

Never build a case against yourself. Never settle for that which is small. Only be willing to accept from life the big things that life has to give to those who have a large faith in a God of greatness. Practice letting your mind stretch itself. Deliberately think bigger and bigger thoughts of faith. Conceive of greater things occurring through your faith. Take a deep breath and venture out beyond your depth. Do not hug the shore; do not fear high places.

I wanted to start the year by bringing good habits for a more prosperous year. These are all notes and habits that really open my eyes. You can go as far as you think you can. Think high and wide and deep and far. You will never go any higher than your thoughts or your prayers or your faith. So practice stretching your faith. You can never stretch it higher than God. But you can stretch it to Him.

The Health Rules.

Why did God give health rules to His people?

“So you should serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And Iwill take sickness away from your mist of you” (Exodus 23:25)

 

GOD gave health rules because He knows what is good for our human body.

God who made our bodies, also has a “operations manual”. It is call The Holy Bible. Ignoring GOD’s “operations manual”results in disease, twisted thinking, and burned our lives, results in serious trouble.

Following GOD’s rules results in “salvation” (saying health)” (Plsalms 67:2} and more abundant life (John 10;10); These great health rules are like a wall or fence to keep out the diseases of Satan. God tells us what these rules are so we can avoid the devil’s traps.

“Eat what is good” ((Issah 55:2). “Therefore, wheteher you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the Glory of GOD”. (1Corinthians 10:31).

Yes, a Christian will even eat differently  — all to the Glory of God — using only “that which is good”If God says a thing is not fit to eat. He must have a good reason, . He is not a harsh dictator, but a loving Father. All His counsel is for our good always.  The Bible promises:”No good thing will He withold from those who walk uprightly” (Plalsm 84:11) So if God witholds a thing from us, is because is not good.

No person can eat his way into heaven. Eating even the food of angels will not entitle people to paradise. Only acceptance to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior can do that. Ignoring God’s health laws, however, may cause a person to be lost, because he will turn his judgement and cause him to sin.

What surprised me about humanity the most,

“Man. Because he sacrifices his health to make money. Then he sacrifices his money to recuperate his health… He lives as though he is never going to die and dies having never really lived.”

Why is it that our society is so unhealthy? Both physically, mentally and spiritually? Why are more people addicted to painkillers and antidepressants than ever before?

What did God give people to eat when He created them and provide a perfect diet?

“And God Said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed…. every tree whose fruit yields seed” “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat”(Genesis 1:29;2:16).

The diet God gave people in the beginning was fruit, grains and nuts. Vegetables were added a bit later (Genesis 3:18).

Eat Better

A food diary can help you pinpoint problem eating patterns. Do you mindlessly munch on junk food when you watch TV? You may not be aware how many unhealthful, high-calorie foods you are consuming at odd moments if you dont track your habits with a food diary. Seeing it all in black and white can help you take responsability for changing your behavior.

Try to meet the following recomendations as part of a healthy eating pattern while staying within your calorie needs.

Increase vegetable and fruit intake. Eat a variety of vegetables, especially dark green, red and orange vegetables, and beans and peas. Consume half of all grains as whole grains. Increase intake of fat-free or low fat milk and milk products. Choose a variety of protein foods, including seafood by choosing seafood in place of some meat and poultry. Use oils to replace solid fats where possible. Choose foods that provide more potassium, dietary fiber, and calcium, which are nutrients we may not get enough of. These foods include vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and milk and milk products.

The Bible teaches that a Christian must be able to maintain spiritual vision with their eyes on heaven while still living in the dark world below. Moses warned the Israelites, “Only take heed to yourself, and diligently keep yourself, lest you forget the things your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. And teach them to your children and your grandchildren” (Deuteronomy 4:9). We will keep our vision clear in the world when we keep our eyes on Christ and the ways He has led us.

Over the years I have learn how to deal of some of the circummstances on each stage of my life. And the worries and changes that this turmoils affects your life.

Yes, in fact the Bible rates health right near the top of the listing importance. Man,s mind, spiritual nature and body are all interrelated and interdependent.

What affects one affects the other. If our bodies are misused, our minds and spiritual natures can not become what God ordain they should.

I can not tell you better on how well we need to be more carefull with our health, We  have been taken by this world’s process foods everywere.

I started been more aware of my health as I got older, joint, pain, slow motion, which I will be telling you my story as I move along in my wordpress writting, to alert the world as much as I can, so no one else should go thru what I went thru.

I am not a doctor or an expertize in the sense of Collegue degree, but I have learn from my experiences, everything I need to know, do,and make to feel better. I know for a fact now that most of what happen to me was because I was not following the Health rules. I use to weight 220 pounds, and eat a lot. Without worrying what I was eating on a daily basis.
